At Atlas Sahara Event, we are committed to offering authentic and unforgettable travel experiences across Morocco. Since organizing tours requires advanced planning, booking accommodations, securing guides, and arranging transportation, we have established a fair and transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy that respects both our travelers and our partners.
We offer two flexible payment options for our clients:
Full Payment: The total trip cost can be paid at the time of booking.
50% Deposit + 50% Balance: Clients may choose to pay a 50% deposit to confirm their reservation. The remaining 50% must be settled no later than 7 days before the trip start date.
⚠️ Important: Reservations are only considered confirmed once full payment (or deposit) has been received.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation:
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund of the amount paid, excluding a 10% administrative fee.
15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total amount paid.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund is possible due to commitments with suppliers (hotels, guides, transport, etc.).
The 50% deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the trip.
If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before departure, the deposit may be transferred to a future trip within 12 months.
If your refund request meets the conditions above:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (via PayPal or bank transfer).
Processing time: 7–14 business days.
For PayPal payments, refunds are handled through PayPal’s secure system, subject to their terms and policies.
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
No-show on the day of departure.
Partial participation (leaving the trip early or not using certain services).
Cancellations due to reasons outside our control (weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, natural events).
Instead of cancellation, you may request to reschedule your trip:
If requested at least 15 days before departure, the deposit can be applied to new dates without extra fees.
Requests made less than 7 days before departure may incur additional charges.
