This 8-day adventure through the Moroccan High Atlas takes you deep into the Agoundiss and Nfis valleys, offering a blend of cultural immersion and stunning natural landscapes. Starting from Marrakech, the trek leads through remote Berber villages, terraced valleys, and mountain passes such as Tizi n’Taghrhourte and Tizi n’Tfourghirte. You’ll stay in local bivouacs or with host families, enjoy traditional Moroccan meals prepared by a cook, and travel with the support of muleteers and mules carrying your equipment. This medium-level trek combines 5 days of walking with comfortable transfers, offering opportunities to experience Berber culture, meet local communities, and explore the High Atlas in a sustainable and authentic way.
Arrival at Marrakech airport, reception, and transfer to the hotel.

Night and dinner at the hotel.
Transfer by minibus to the High Atlas via Asni and Ouirgane.
Join Tassa Ouirgane via a 6 km track.
Meet muleteers and cook, then start the hike up the Azzaden valley.
Cross several villages and arrive at Tiziane village.
Night at the bivouac (approx. 5 hours walking).
Leave Tiziane village, climb Talat n'T n'Ikiss, and cross the Tizi n’Taghrhourte pass.
Join Tekent valley and continue to Tizgui village.
Night at the bivouac (approx. 5 hours walking).
Breakfast, then direction Tagdid via Azib Amslane.
Enjoy views of Tekent valley and Erdouz summit.
Cross Tizi n’Iguidi pass and descend to Tagdid village.
Night at the bivouac (approx. 5 hours walking).
Climb Tizi n’Tfourghirte pass to reach Oued Agoundiss.
Continue to Ait Ayoub, descending through the scenic Agoundiss valley.
Night at the bivouac in Ait Ayoub (approx. 5 hours walking).
Descend along Agoundiss valley via Taghbarte and Tijrichte.
Visit the historical Tinmel mosque.
Short walk to Ifkharen village.
Night in an inn (approx. 6 hours walking).
Visit pottery village.
Transfer back to Marrakech.
Afternoon city visit and exploration of historical monuments.
