This 8-day Southern Morocco desert tour offers a unique journey through the country’s most stunning and remote landscapes. From Marrakech, travel via 4×4 through the High Atlas and the Draa Valley to the village of Ouled Driss, where you will spend nights in nomadic tents. Experience camel treks across magical desert dunes including Erg Zhar, Bouguern, and Chegaga, witness incredible sunrises and sunsets, and enjoy the silence and beauty of the desert. Along the way, meet Berber families, explore traditional villages, cross dry lakes, and discover the culture, crafts, and lifestyle of the desert inhabitants. The tour ends back in Marrakech after a full desert adventure combining trekking, camel rides, and cultural immersion.

Transfer to your Riad in Marrakech.

After breakfast, transfer south via Tizi n’Tichka pass (2260m).
Arrival in Ouarzazate, lunch.
Continue through Aït Saoune pass to Agdez and the Draa Valley, rich in ksours and palm groves.
Arrival at Ouled Driss, installation at campsite.
Dinner and overnight in nomadic tents.

Meet camel teams, load luggage, start trek.
Trek through magical regs and dunes of Zhar.
Arrival at foot of dunes, set up bivouac.
Option to climb the highest dune for sunset.
